For example, a few of my life objectives is to live a life of continuous self transformation, assisting others to do the same, and being a safe space for others authentic expression. Whether it’s related to your career, relationships, personal growth, or spiritual development, these goals should reflect your true desires, not just what society expects from you.
Step 3: Choosing the Method and Ideology
Now that you have a vision for who you are and what you want to achieve, the next step is deciding how to get there. This involves selecting methods and an ideology that support your goals and resonate with your spirit.
Your method is the practical approach you’ll use to reach your objectives. For some, this might mean following a disciplined routine, while others may thrive by going with the flow and adapting as they go. The key is to choose methods that align with your personal strengths and values, allowing you to stay authentic in your journey.
On a deeper level, your ideology is your guiding principle—the set of beliefs that shapes your approach to life.
