4 Quick tips to gallop towards your goals

Well….what is a goal? A goal is an aim or object to which an endeavour is directed, an end point. In other words, a goal is the place where you want to end up.

Its important to have both short term and long term goals, in order to have a happy and prosperous life.

Goals come in all types. From relationship goals, to work, health, family, and so on. There are also self-development goals. Gaining self-confidence, lowering anxiety, and being more comfortable with yourself. As a coach, I am able to help you achieve your public speaking and communication goals, but the below tips will help you with any goal.

  • Step 1

  • Check the goal. Is this a goal that you passionately want, or is this a goal that you are pursuing because somebody else wants you to? Check that goal!
  • Step 2

    • Start from the results. What do you want to have? Where do you want to go? How do you want to feel? When you start from the results, its much easier to fill in the blanks in between. When you know the results you want, the path becomes clearer.
  • Step 3

    • Fill in the blanks. This is a very important step that a lot of people over look. Write things down. When you write things down, you bring your thoughts into the material world, and you are able to construct a coherent road to your goals. Remember, write things down!
  • Step 4

  • With these 4 steps, you can set and reach any goals you choose. Make sure they are the goals you want, know where you want to end up, document your ideas and progress, and take action.
