When we look at double-digit numbers in numerology, we are looking at two different energies working together to create a third energy.
The single digits 1 through 9 are the foundation numbers. Each one carries its own set of qualities, strengths, challenges, motivations, and ways of operating. When two of these numbers are combined into a double-digit number, they blend their energies together and produce the final reduced number.
For example, the number 27 reduces to 9 because 2 + 7 = 9. However, not all 9s are the same.
