New Moon in Taurus
New Moon in Taurus at 7 degrees
This New Moon in Taurus is asking us to balance the scales and ground in to who we are. There are many aspects to self and many talents that we have, now is the time to find balance between them and let them move in flow with one another. The moon in Taurus is exalted and for the time being, treat yourself like an honored guest. Take time to care for yourself. Pamper yourself a little and enjoy a little indulgence. A little indulgence, not too much now. Most importantly this is the time for selfcare and to be true to yourself.
Uranus in Taurus at 26 degrees
Uranus in Taurus is re-emphasizing the idea of grounding into ourselves and accepting who we are. This placement is teaching us to see ourselves from a different perspective and teaching us how to use these abilities to better ourselves. This is encouraging us to stand in our knowingness that the reflection we see in the mirror is us, and the attributes that create who we are, are enough. What you have when you look at that reflection is enough.
Aspects & placements to look out for
Mars in Leo at 4 degrees opposing Pluto in Aquarius at 3 degrees
Mars opposing Pluto is a push and pull of passion vs. transformation, aggression vs. control, and drive vs. power. This is a battle between the physical (Mars) and the mental (Pluto) fighting for dominance. Mars in Leo wants us to assert ourselves physically to make our presence known. Pluto is pushing us to mentally transform and pull strings from a distance. This opposition creates what is known as a T-square to the new Moon in Taurus. Both aspects are challenging the balance and selfcare that is currently needed. The physical assertion of Mars and the mental transformation of Pluto are both qualities that are needed to bring ourselves into balance. The key is a slow steady integration to transform these challenges to champions.
Jupiter in Gemini at 20 degrees sextile Chiron in Aries at 23 degrees
Sextiles are aspects that bring opportunities. The elements of air and fire combined create combustion. With Chiron involved with this sextile, we have to choose which flame we will continue to flame. Will we wallow in pity and self-doubt or allow ourselves to put ointment in those wounds, teaching others how to appreciate those qualities within themselves.
Mercury in Aries at 11 degrees
Mercury in Aries at 11 degrees is asking us will you rebel against who you are or revel in who you are and will continue to become? This is the mental integration and acceptance of who we are becoming. This placement is taking the approach of removing the mental processes that aren’t working and integrating new ones to pave the path to who we are becoming with mental fortitude required.
Neptune in Aries at 0 degrees
Neptune is still adding the same energy from the full moon. See the recap below:
Neptune sits at a critical degree in Aries. This aspect is where we fully embrace the “I AM” and the ability to show compassion towards ourselves. Neptune’s ability to dissolve boundaries and beliefs then implement new processes, shows us there will be bumps and bruises along the way. It also shows us that as long as we believe in ourselves, everything will be all right.
