Full Moon in Aries ♈

Full Moon in Aries at 14 degrees

The Full Moon in Aries at 14 degrees is petitioning us to stop putting our own interest above the needs and concerns of others when acting within a group. It is asking us to set aside the impulsive planning, outcomes that make only us look good, and the unwillingness to be receptive to the skills and qualities others have to add. It is understood that people possess the ability to see a problem, address it individually, and resolve it all alone. But right now, you are not working alone. This group project may be a little out of your wheelhouse, but this is an opportunity to learn a new skill. Full steam ahead doesn’t work when the other cars can’t keep up. This is the time to take off the blinders and learn to use your peripheral vision. Look ahead, look left, look right, and look behind. Take time to take that 360-degree view. In this moment, take out the reflectors and allow the light to shine on everyone.

Sun in Libra at 14 degrees

The Sun in Libra at 14 degrees is deferring its light in order for others to shine. The focus shifts to the relationship and to whether there is equilibrium. Here is where we take inventory, make assessments, then divide evenly. It is pivotal here that everyone is able to play their part. The establishment of communication and understanding is the key element to success. This is the well-orchestrated symphony where the background music complements the foreground music and vice-versa. Every note elevates from the sheet music, resonating in the right key, for the proper length of time, creating harmony. Here it is known that the proverbial seesaw only gains elevation when the correct counterweight is applied.

Aspects to look out for

Aries Energy

During the Full Moon, the Moon is carrying the brunt of the weight in Aries, but we also have to keep in mind Neptune retrograde at 0 degrees and Chiron retrograde at 25 degrees. Neptune at 0 degrees is taking on the full embodiment of Aries. The impulsiveness, the brashness, stubbornness, and the act first think last attitude, but now this all focused internally. Then you have Neptune, which is the planet of creativity, illusions, new processes. So, be very aware of your thoughts. You may feel yourself rapidly transitioning from one thought to another. Or mentally creating new scenarios to avoid dealing with issues in the moment. Also, be careful of when you’re in creative flow of not letting ideas fully manifest.

Next is Chiron in Aries at 25 degrees retrograde

Chiron is known for exposing our wounds, displaying where we feel hurt and pain. With this also being retrograde, this creates more internalized energy around who you are and whether you fit in certain roles and lifestyles. This may cause you to even question your spiritual and/or faith-based practices. Allow these thoughts to cycle, acknowledge them, and then sit with who you are, who you were, and who you are striving to be.

Mercury in Scorpio at 0 degrees square Pluto in Aquarius at 1 degree retrograde

Mercury the planet of intelligence and communication is embodying the full energy of Scorpio. In this sign of fixed water, you find depth in murk. This is prompting transformation in the form of emotional intelligence. This placement encourages you to think about how you feel, and you may not wear your feeling on your sleeve like Cancer or Pisces, but what you convey will spark a psychological response.

Pluto the planet of transformation is still making its way through Aquarius the water bearer. Pluto in Aquarius is pulling information and issues that need to be resolved from the unconscious mind. As a reminder Pluto is retrograde, so this information may take a little longer than usual to surface. Aquarius being the sign of innovation, higher thought and detachment may be processing everything then putting in new processes without the conscious acknowledgement.

The square presents a conflict of action. Between Scorpio and Aquarius, it is a matter of managing these issues emotionally or mentally. Between Mercury and Pluto, it is a matter of the conscious mind working through them versus the unconscious mind bringing it to light and instantly resolving the problems without being present. The energy of resolution for this square is to stay in the moment and understand your personal processes. If a feeling arises identify it, if a thought arises identify it, then you can always ask the question of why. These feelings and thoughts have been brought to the surface, acknowledged, resolved, and released.

Jupiter Factor

Jupiter in astrology is the planet of luck, prosperity, teaching, and expansion. Jupiter is currently in the sign of its exaltation in Cancer at 23 degrees. Jupiter is currently aspecting Chiron in Aries in the form of square, Saturn and North Node in Pisces in the form of trines, and South Node in Virgo in the form of a sextile. At 23 degrees Cancer, Jupiter is the selfless teacher and humanitarian. Jupiter just wants to step in give you what you need, teach you how to do it, and send you back to the world a better person.

Chiron is known for exposing wounds, but also how you help others heal. It is also known as the wounded healer. Chiron helps you help other’s but teaching them how you made it through your situation. The current conflict that it has with Jupiter is that it wants the focus to be on the internal self and rediscovery, whereas Jupiter wants to wrap you in warmth, love, and care, then get rid of what wasn’t benefitting you. The resolution between the two is gaining an understanding of when each approach is helpful. Both approaches can assist in the same situation at different moments, and the key is recognizing the process.

The trines create a harmonious flow of energy between Saturn and North node in Pisces. Saturn being the planet of discipline, lessons, and structure. At 27 degrees retrograde, it can assist in implementing boundaries according to the situation. This can assist Jupiter in fulfilling their need to care and teach, but also not to overstep. Saturn’s ability to recognize patterns can also aid in creating structure for others and overcoming difficult repeating lessons.

The Nodes

The North Node in Pisces at 18 degrees is our growth point during this Full Moon. This is a placement of healing and internal change. This is teaching us to be of services to ourselves and believe in the plan in place. The trine to Jupiter is teaching us to how to meld the moments and learn how to see ourselves from an outside perspective. If you see yourself as a client, then you can acknowledge what is it you need and not feel inferior about it. This is where we realize that we can’t pour from an empty cup.

The South Node in Virgo at 18 degrees is our transformation point during this Full Moon. This is where we look at how we built the foundation and set the plan in motion. Jupiter is providing the opportunity for us to move towards the point of expansion. It is aiding us in letting go and letting intuition guide us through the moments.
