This New Moon in Aries is encouraging us to create new connections, forge new understandings, and know who you are. This is prime time to gather the courage to move past the pain, our wounds, and the constraints keeping us in place. To physically move forward, we must mentally move forward first. Mental integration is the key to unlocking future possibilities. Babies stand still until they gather the nerve to take that initial step. That is the energy of Aries, the ability to move forward, the ability to embodied courage, and the ability to trust in self. The New Moon is requesting that we dial back on the emotional loops and process the physical actions. Think about the process of speaking, walking, running, pouring water, or writing notes. These are routine actions that can be separated from any emotional components. This is how we initiate the first step of the journey of a thousand miles. One quality of leadership displayed in Aries is setting the example, so be the change you want to see.
Aspects to Look Out for
Aries Stellium
This energy of courage, audaciousness, and independence is also the energy of new beginnings. During this New Moon cycle, Aries is imbued with the planetary energy of Chiron, Saturn, Mercury, Neptune, and the native Mars.
Chiron at 26 degrees is looking to heal and move forward. The wounded healer is seeking to cement the value of self beyond the pain then proceed without the stigma of the injury it must continue to endure. The classic question here is, “who am I outside of these circumstances?”, when we can answer that question is the moment we begin to succeed.
Next up is Saturn at 7 degrees. Here Saturn is seeking to balance internal structure and gain self-discipline. The high energy of Aries presents a challenge to Saturn’s discernment of feeling into the correct composition of form to define itself. Saturn is learning on the fly by moving within the moment and making concrete decisions in specific moments to protect itself.
Now we have the native Mars at 5 degrees. Here Mars is at home and the ruler. This is the full essence of the sign of Aries. Here Mars exhibits it all from audaciousness to impulsiveness.
