Full Moon in Scorpio at 11 degrees

This Full Moon in Scorpio is asking the poignant question, “Who are we changing for?”  We shift, we blend, and at times we merge.  All of the metamorphoses, modifications, and melding, who does it benefit?  Are these changes for our self-improvement, to buck against the system, or are they done to appease others?  As we continue to make alterations for the amusement of others, we lose the core of who we are.  This Full Moon in Scorpio is directing us to investigate the reason for these changes.  Review our life circumstances and look for the prompts.  If there is no true justification, then we’re just putting on an energetic fashion show hoping the audience appreciates it.  Everyone can see the value in a good remix, even a makeover, but they should still reflect the core essence of its origin.

Sun in Taurus at 11 degrees

The Sun in Taurus at 11 degrees is calling for a self-assessment.  It is posing the inquiry, “What makes you, you?”  This is a time to step back and look at ourselves through neutral eyes.  Whether you see a compliment or critique, it’s irrelevant because it’s you.  This is where we find value in all aspects of self and how they’ve assisted us.  These aspects are our building blocks of identity.  If we identify areas which require improvement, then we can work on them in a manner that is true to self.  We have to ride with ourselves for the long haul and understand that a quick fix doesn’t equal long-term improvement.

Aspects and Placements to Look Out for

Uranus Moves into Gemini at 0 degrees

The highlight of this Full Moon is the shift of Uranus from Taurus to Gemini.  Uranus leavse the earth element of stability and practicality and slides back into the familiar air element of logic and reasoning.  Uranus being the energy of identity, innovation, change, detachment, and rebellion enters the sign of communication, intellect, duality, and short travel.  Uranus in Gemini will definitely shift the way we think, communicate, identify ourselves.  Gemini is a sign of agility and adaptability unlike Aquarius which is more linear or fixed.  Here Uranus can assist in pushing those different dimensions of self or unique perspectives to the forefront.  We may also choose to stand out or align ourselves with groups and organizations which also stand out.  The mental flexibility will also be something to watch out for while Uranus is in Gemini; so be on the look out for the emergence of new concepts.

Aries Stellium

During this Full Moon, we still have the “let’s get it going” energy from Aries.  We have the generational planet of Neptune, Saturn, Mars, Mercury, and generational asteroid Chiron. Though still in Aries, the placements have slightly shifted.
First is Neptune at 3 degrees.   Still the slowest moving planet of the stellium, its impact may be felt as the staple of the current Aries energy next to Mars.  Its energy at 3 degrees may still feel similar to a welder, but it is also galvanizing the multiple dimensions of self.  The creative energy of Neptune may be looking to bring together our different aspects and integrating them into a well-functioning team.  This is the value of a diversified network.  Neptune will shift the perception of what works by seamlessly aligning everyone’s roles with their talent.  It’s like a relay race where the baton pass is blur.

Next up is Saturn at 9 degrees.  Here Saturn is exploring and learning to understand the structure of self and how self-discipline is projected.  The high energy of Aries still presents a challenge to Saturn’s discernment of identifying the proper form in the moment and level of decorum for each circumstance.  Saturn is not only learning on the fly but how to fly.  It is learning how to stay airborne once it takes flight as well as when to ride the current and when to propel itself.

Now we have the native Mars at 16 degrees.  Mars is still at home holding all the cards.  This is their domicile and where they can exert their full authority in the sign of Aries.  At 16 degrees, it is showing up slightly more intuitive.  It is now holding the spotlight.  It decides if it wants to shine or adjust the light to give someone else the attention.  It now enters the building to determine who needs its services.  It’s still not asking for instructions, still letting everyone know how they’re going to proceed, but also informing in a subtle way that they’re gracing you with their presence.

Chiron at 27 degrees is processing the various methods needed to heal self and move forward in the “I AM”.  The wounded healer is understanding the “I AM” consists of many layers.  The classic question here is, “Where do the facets of self meet, and how do I merge them seamlessly?”, when we can answer that question is the moment we step forward in unity and self-appreciation.

Transitioning to Mercury at 27 degrees.  Mercury’s mental processing power still has an octane boost.  Thoughts still have the propensity to become scattered or incomplete in the high energy of Aries, but the transition through the sign has assisted Mercury in managing the energy of the sign.  At 27 degrees, the ideas developed are still authentic and meaningful, but now they hold an element of completion.  The thoughts that have been initiated by Mercury are now seeing the process of flow.  As Mercury sits next to Chiron, it is able to take an outside position to provide additional insight.

Jupiter in Cancer at 19 degrees square Mars in Aries at 16 degrees

Jupiter in Cancer at 19 degrees is implementing balance transformations.  Jupiter in this position is teaching us how to move through tough times while holding space for us to add in selfcare.  The challenge is how Mars at 16 degrees wants to manage the situation.  It wants to power through; there is a little refinement to how it wants to power through.  Jupiter’s approach is balance, and Mars is head straight to the source.  There is a need to intuitively process the situation to resolve this challenge. Some situations need to be addressed head on, while others require a bit of equilibrium.

Venus Factor

Venus in Gemini at 9 degrees is exploring new ways of thinking and communicating as well as how to apply it in the different areas of life.  The exploration provides Venus with new levels of understanding as well as the ability to bring stability to their immediate surroundings.  Venus in Gemini is seeking to provide refinement, eloquence, and equilibrium to the mental playing field.  The duality of Gemini allows Venus to shift effortlessly between social dichotomy and archetypes.

The two energies assisting Venus during this Full Moon are Saturn in Aries at 9 degrees and Pluto in Aquarius at 5 degrees.  Saturn in Aries and Venus in Gemini are forming a sextile aspect.  This energy provides an opportunity during this period.  These planets are connecting the “I Am” and “I Think” factors.  Saturn’s exploration for form and discipline and Venus’ exploration of thought and communication creates an element of diversity within self that enables us to shift between various atmospheres.  This energy allows you to bridge the cultural divides and engage authentically.  Pluto in Aquarius, which is still hanging out at 5 degrees is creating a trine aspect during this period.  This energy is very harmonious and free flowing.  Think of a gentle breeze, refreshing very needed but almost unnoticeable.  This aspect is connecting the energy of “I Know” and “I Think.”  This is the conversion of thought into knowledge.  Pluto assists Venus in being able to acclimate this new information.  Venus assists Pluto in bringing a balanced duality to sacred knowledge.

The Generational Connection

When I speak of a generational connection, I am referring to the generational planets of Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto aspecting each other during this Full Moon period.  Neptune is forming sextile aspects to Pluto in Aquarius and Uranus in Gemini.  Then there are Pluto and Uranus creating an elemental trine.  These three planets are connecting the “I AM”, “I Think”, and “I Know” factors of self.  Neptune is the pinnacle of these connections.  The connection to Pluto is fortifying the knowledge of self and allowing the self to be secure in bringing the past into the present. The connection to Uranus is upgrading our neuro pathways.  It is helping us to perceive information quicker and meld it into the network of self.  The connection between Pluto and Uranus is bolstering our reasoning circuit.  This generational circuit is creating a new lens to display how the self works between the local and extended environment.  It is allowing us to identify the interaction of relationships and all of their connections uniquely.
